Electric Air Compressor Evo 310 – High-pressure compressor for PCP and HPA systems

The Hill EVO-310 is a UK-engineered electric compressor designed for filling PCP air rifles and HPA systems. With a maximum fill pressure of 310 bar (4500 PSI) and 1/8 BSP connector, this unit fills a 480cc PCP cylinder from 100 to 250 bar in just 2.5 minutes.

Construction and materials

This compressor features a dual-chamber system with separate oil reservoirs – one for the crankcase and one with silicone oil for the pump. Weighing 23.5 kg with a length of 46.5 cm, the unit operates at 75 dB. The digital display with rotary control allows precise pressure setting in bar, PSI, or MPa.

Application and use

Designed for PCP air rifle shooters, airsoft players with HPA replicas, and shooting clubs requiring reliable filling solutions. The compressor fills bottles up to 3 litres capacity, reaching 300 bar in approximately 45 minutes. The Automatic Air Pressure Purge function removes air and moisture during cooling cycles, extending equipment lifespan.

Integration and compatibility

The 1/8 BSP connection includes a fill hose with male quick-connect coupling, compatible with most PCP rifles and HPA tanks. The unit automatically shuts off when reaching preset pressure or overheating, resuming operation once temperature normalises. The upgraded Shuttle Valve ensures long-term reliability and efficiency.
