This decorative katana features a hand-forged blade made from 1045 carbon steel, folded 12 times to create a unique Damascus pattern. With a total length of 104cm and weight of 1050g, this black finished sword serves as a traditional Japanese display piece for collectors.

Construction and materials

The blade measures 73cm in length with a tanto profile and plain edge. Crafted from 1045 carbon steel, the blade incorporates a bo-hi (fuller) for improved balance. The handle features genuine ray skin (same) wrapped with black cotton cord, while the wooden scabbard has a black lacquered finish. The square tsuba displays Mount Fuji imagery.

This katana is designed exclusively as a decorative display piece for collectors of Japanese swords and traditional craftsmanship.
