Katran X HP PCP Air Rifle – High-power slug shooting platform

The AirMaks Katran X HP is a regulated PCP air rifle designed for long-range slug shooting. Built with a 700mm barrel and available in two power configurations: 5.5mm at 80 joules or 6.35mm at 100 joules. Features a tactical AR15-style grip and fully adjustable metal folding stock.

Construction and materials

Weighing 3.0kg, the rifle combines a polymer frame with metal components for optimal balance. The folding design reduces length to 98cm when collapsed. The metal stock includes height-adjustable cheek rest and length adjustment. A KeyMod handguard allows accessory mounting, while the 22mm Weaver top rail accommodates optics.

Application and use

Designed for precision shooters requiring consistent long-range performance. The 5.5mm variant suits medium-range target work, while the 6.35mm version delivers maximum impact at extended distances. The ambidextrous side-lever cocking system and 16-round magazine capacity support extended shooting sessions. Anti-double feed mechanism prevents pellet jams.

Integration and compatibility

Operates on PCP system with 300 bar maximum fill pressure and internal regulator for shot consistency. The integrated moderator features 1/2 UNF threading for additional accessories. Adjustable single-action trigger and external velocity adjustment provide full control over shot characteristics. Compatible with standard PCP filling equipment.
