Manual Cocking Kit Steambow Onyx | Steambow

Using this manual cocking kit, you can now tension your Steambow completely manually or with a tensioning aid.
Most tensioning aids and manual tensioning require you to attach a riser to the Steambow. This riser, which comes with our manual tensioning kit, can be mounted to the front of the PowerUnit.

CAUTION:
Never touch the front of the PowerUnit and keep your hands and fingers away from the bow. This is especially important when using the automatic tensioning mechanism. There is a danger of your fingers becoming trapped or pinched.

With the stirrup attached, there is a much greater risk, including losing your finger or other body parts, when something gets between the bow fasteners and the stirrup. Be extremely careful when using the automatic tensioning function while a stirrup is attached!

The manual tensioning kit consists of:

1 x stirrup
1 x mounting block to mount the stirrup to the PowerUnit
2 x fixing screws
2 x locking blocks with one thumb screw per locking block

Using the mounting block and mounting screws, the bracket is mounted on the rounded front of the PowerUnit. This is completely optional and depends on the type of tightening device you want to use. The locking blocks allow the limb supports to be locked in the front position. To mount the locking blocks completely without high-pressure air, you will need a driving aid
