PCP Compressor air-water separator / air filter | Gaorobam – moisture removal for PCP and HPA systems

This air-water separator is an inline filter accessory for PCP air rifles and HPA systems. Its core function is to extract water from compressed air, keeping the air supply dry and preventing corrosion or malfunction in the connected system. The filter body is constructed from aluminium and finished in black.

Construction and materials

The filter uses a robust aluminium body rated to withstand the high pressures generated by PCP and HPA setups. Inside the filter chamber, moisture from the compressed air condenses and is collected. A bleed valve allows the accumulated water to be drained. The compact dimensions keep the unit easy to integrate into an existing fill setup.

Application and use

This separator functions as a physical barrier between the compressor and the air gun. As compressed air passes through, residual moisture condenses and is captured in the chamber. It is suited to use in humid environments and during frequent filling of PCP air rifles. The unit protects internal components such as valves and O-rings from moisture damage.

Integration and compatibility

The separator installs between the compressor and the fill hose, or directly onto a PCP fill set. It is compatible with standard quick-connect couplings and G1/8 thread. The included flexible hose and connectors simplify mounting into both PCP and HPA configurations.

Maintenance and lifecycle

The filter is serviceable and requires regular draining of collected water via the bleed valve. Periodic inspection of seals and connections helps maintain reliable moisture separation over time.
