The Vector Optics Picatinny riser mount raises an optic above the standard rail height to improve the eye-to-optic alignment. It features a see-through profile, a length of 40mm, and offers 3 Picatinny slots on top for mounting a red dot, magnifier, or night vision device. Constructed from aluminium, it adds minimal weight at 0.03kg.

Construction and materials

The riser is built from aluminium with a black matte finish. The total length is 40mm and the weight is limited to 0.03kg, keeping additional mass on the rail to a minimum. The riser attaches via a Picatinny clamp system with a hex bolt for a secure fit.

Application and use

This riser is used to position a red dot or holographic sight at a higher sight line, which assists when running a helmet, gas mask, or eye protection. The increased height supports faster aiming in CQB scenarios and a more natural head position during longer engagements. It also aids alignment with rail-mounted magnifiers or night vision attachments in outdoor setups.

Integration and compatibility

The riser fits any standard Picatinny rail and is suited to a universal platform. The top rail type is Picatinny, allowing compatibility with AEG, GBBR, and HPA builds, as well as rail-mounted equipment for sport shooters and outdoor users. No adapter or battery is required.

The mount requires minimal maintenance. Check the hex bolt periodically to confirm the clamp remains securely tightened on the rail.
