The Hill Spartan Pump Dry Pac Kit is a moisture filtration system designed for PCP air rifles. This maintenance product removes 90% of harmful moisture during the filling process, protecting internal components from rust and corrosion when using the Hill Spartan hand pump.

Construction and materials

The kit features a transparent filter housing with threaded connections, allowing visual inspection of the filter status. The system includes a moisture-absorbing cartridge that changes colour from orange to green when saturated. Two O-rings ensure airtight sealing between components. The refill sachet contains the absorbent medium for cartridge replacement.

Application and use

This filtration system is positioned between the Hill Spartan pump and the PCP air rifle during filling operations. The passive filter works automatically during each pumping session, particularly valuable in humid environments or where temperature variations cause condensation in compressed air. Regular use extends the service life of air reservoirs, regulators, and internal seals.

The Dry Pac Kit integrates directly with Hill Spartan hand pumps and standard PCP filling equipment. Installation requires placing the filter unit inline between pump and filling hose using the provided threaded connections.
