The Maverick II Plus is a compact red dot sight featuring both solar and battery power. This 1x magnification optic uses a 22mm objective lens and delivers a 3 MOA dot reticle. Constructed from aluminum and weighing 214g, it includes dual mounting options for Picatinny rails.
Construction and materials
The sight measures 84mm in length and 51mm in width, housed in a black aluminum body. The unit operates on a CR2032 battery with solar panel backup. Total height from rail to dot centre is 38mm, allowing for lower 1/3 co-witness configurations. The package includes cantilever QD mount, low mount, flip-up lens cap, hex keys and cleaning cloth.
Application and use
Designed for rapid target acquisition at close to medium ranges. The sight is suitable for air rifle, airsoft, and firearms applications. Eight brightness settings accommodate varying light conditions, while the 90-minute auto-shutoff preserves battery life. The 1 MOA parallax rating ensures accuracy even with off-centre eye positioning.
Integration and compatibility
Mounts to standard Picatinny and Weaver rails. The sight features a Picatinny top rail for additional accessories. Two mounting solutions provide flexibility: the cantilever QD mount enables quick detachment, while the low mount offers a reduced profile installation.
