AEA Center Punch Pellets – precision diabolo pellets for medium-range accuracy

The AEA Center Punch pellets are 5.5mm/.22 calibre diabolo pellets designed for consistent medium-range performance. With a weight of 15.9 grains and a domed head design, these pellets deliver stable flight characteristics and reliable grouping. Each tin contains 500 pellets, providing ample supply for extended shooting sessions.

Construction and materials

These pellets feature a domed head shape that optimises aerodynamic performance and minimises wind drift. The 15.9 grain weight places them in the heavier category for .22 calibre, offering good energy retention over distance. The grey finish is standard for lead pellets, ensuring consistent manufacturing quality throughout the 500-count tin.

Application and use

Designed for air rifle use, these pellets excel at target shooting and precision work at medium to long ranges. The heavier weight makes them particularly suited to PCP air rifles with higher power outputs, typically 40 joules and above, where they maintain trajectory stability out to 75-100 metres.

Integration and compatibility

The 5.5mm/.22 calibre specification ensures compatibility with all standard .22 air rifles. The domed design feeds reliably in both magazine-fed and single-shot systems. Performance varies by rifle, making chronograph testing advisable to determine optimal velocity and energy output with your specific setup.
