The Air-X Titan is a heavy-duty PCP compressor designed for filling air rifles, dive bottles and reservoirs up to 400 bar. This water-cooled unit features dual pressure gauges and a manual grease pot system for reliable long-term operation.

Construction and materials

Built with high-pressure rated components, the compressor utilises a water cooling system that requires distilled water to prevent overheating during extended filling sessions. The unit incorporates two manometers – one displays the set filling pressure while the second serves as a backup gauge. A manual grease pot requires adjustment approximately every 6 operating hours to maintain internal lubrication.

Designed for PCP shooters, gunsmiths and technicians who require independent air supply management. The compressor fills air rifles, dive bottles and reservoirs without dependency on external filling stations. Suitable for precision shooting, Field Target disciplines and frequent training sessions.

Integration and compatibility

The Air-X Titan integrates with existing PCP filling setups including dive bottles, regulators and quick-connect systems. Operation involves setting desired fill pressure, monitoring water levels, maintaining the grease pot schedule and initiating the fill process.

Maintenance and lifecycle

Regular maintenance includes checking distilled water levels in the cooling system and turning the grease pot every 6 hours of operation. This routine ensures stable performance and extends component lifespan under high-pressure conditions.
