PGD-Ultra Ballistic and Stab Resistant Vest – professional protection equipment

The PGD-Ultra vest is a dual-threat protection vest combining ballistic and stab resistance in a single design. With a weight of 1.8 kilogram and thickness of 11mm, this vest provides NIJ IIIA certified protection against both projectiles and sharp objects up to 36 Joule.

Construction and materials

The vest features Unidirectional Aramid (UD) construction with a 100% water and sweat resistant ultrasonically sealed PU cover. The concealed design offers 7/10 flexibility rating for operational mobility. Additional hard armour plates measuring 25x20cm can be inserted at both front and rear positions for enhanced protection levels.

Application and use

Designed for security professionals, event supervisors and private security personnel requiring continuous wear protection. The integrated Outlast PCM® technology enables comfortable wear for 12-14 hours during extended shifts. The discreet profile allows concealed carry under regular clothing during surveillance or crowd control operations.
