The RAM Tactical Grizzly hollow point pellets are designed for high-energy air rifles, combining impact performance with accuracy at medium ranges. These 5.5mm/.22 calibre pellets weigh 13.58 grains and feature a hollow point design for maximum energy transfer on impact.

Construction and materials

Each pellet weighs 13.58 grains (0.9g) and features a silver finish with Pellet Lube coating. The hollow point tip design expands on impact, while the coating reduces lead fouling in the barrel. Supplied in boxes of 250 pellets, providing sufficient quantity for extended shooting sessions or pest control operations.

Application and use

These pellets are suitable for air rifles with sufficient power to handle the 13.58 grain weight – typically break-barrel or PCP systems producing 25 joules or more. The hollow point design makes them effective for pest control applications, though legal restrictions apply. Performance remains stable up to 50 metres with spring-powered rifles, extending to 75-100 metres with higher-powered PCP systems.
