VictOptics T5 1x22 Red Dot Sight – compact 1x optic for close-range aiming

The VictOptics T5 is a compact red dot sight with 1x magnification and a 22mm objective. It features a switchable red/green dot reticle for fast target acquisition at close to medium range. The housing is built from aluminium and the unit weighs only 0.16kg.

Construction and materials

The sight body is made from aluminium with a matte black finish. With a length of 6.3cm and a weight of 0.16kg, it adds minimal bulk to any setup. The compact dimensions and durable build make it suitable for repeated use under demanding handling conditions.

Application and use

The T5 is intended for close to medium range aiming, where its 1x magnification allows shooting with both eyes open. The illuminated dot can be set in red or green to suit varying light conditions, making it functional in bright outdoor environments as well as low-light indoor settings. It suits both airsoft replicas and air rifles.

Integration and compatibility

The sight ships with a Weaver mounting base, which also fits Picatinny rails. This makes it directly compatible with most airsoft replicas and PCP air rifles using these rail standards. Power is supplied by a single CR2032 button cell, mounted laterally for a low profile.

Maintenance and lifecycle

The CR2032 battery is user-replaceable and should be swapped when illumination weakens. Keep the lens surfaces clean and the rail interface free of debris to maintain a secure mount.
