This RAM Tactical 4x40 AO scope is a fixed magnification optic designed for accurate target acquisition. The scope features 4x magnification with a 40mm objective lens and adjustable parallax compensation, housed in an aluminum body with a standard 1 inch (25.4mm) tube diameter.

Construction and materials

The scope body is constructed from aluminum in a black finish, providing durability while maintaining reasonable weight. The 1 inch tube diameter ensures compatibility with standard mounting rings. The unit is built to be shockproof and fogproof, with internal components designed to withstand recoil and sealed to prevent lens fogging during temperature changes.

Application and use

This scope is suitable for air rifle and suitable for airsoft applications. The Mil-dot reticle enables range estimation and windage compensation. The adjustable parallax feature allows focus adjustment at varying distances while maintaining reticle position accuracy, making it suitable for both static target shooting and tactical simulations.

Integration and compatibility

The scope requires separate mounting rings (not included) for installation. The 25.4mm tube diameter is compatible with standard 1-inch rings for both 11mm dovetail rails commonly found on air rifles and Picatinny rails standard on airsoft replicas and PCP air guns.
